Our restaurant was created to celebrate one of Florence’s most iconic culinary traditions: Bistecca alla Fiorentina. We focus on premium cuts, careful preparation, and authentic grilling techniques to offer a dining experience rooted in quality, simplicity, and Tuscan character.
